Join for free and be part of a a collective effort by the worldwide WattFamily to hit 1000 hours of physical activity in a single week. FREE Consolidation Week Activities

All of our Consolidation Week activities are completely free but must be booked in advance, whether they are held online or face to face. All activities are open to all levels of experience and all face to face activities are run in accordance with the latest Scottish Government Covid-19 Guidelines.

Online Yoga (Friday 23 October)

End the week with this 45 minute class that will focus your mind on your strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Campus 5K Fun Run (Tuesday 20 October)

Our Campus 5K Fun Run is a perfect opportunity to get some minutes under your belt towards our HWU Global Fitness Challenge. Whether you’re super speedy or only ever break into a jog to catch the bus, it’s just for fun and everyone is welcome!
