We’ve beaten last year’s Movember total!

Our Sports Clubs are doing a phenomenal job with either taking part in fitness challenges, growing a moustache or hosting socials and we have now passed last years total of £14,000!

As we have past last years total and are currently sitting at over £16,000 in Week 2, we have decided to up this years total from £20,000 to £25,000 to really challenge ourselves.

What can you do? GROW a mighty moustache. MOVE 60km throughout the month. HOST a fundraising event or simply MO your own way! Head to Movember.com, sign up and join the ‘Heriot Watt University’ challenge! Movember, the month formerly known as November, is a moustache growing charity event held during November each year that raises funds and awareness for men’s health.

It is not too late to get involved! Sign up and join or donate to the HWU Challenge HERE!

Mark is an ultra endurance athlete and multiple world record holder and he opened up about his own experiences in this area.

It is definitely worth the watch, so take a look at the video below.
