Heriot-Watt Sports Union along with the University offers a variety of services designed to support you in improving and maintaining your wellbeing. Good wellbeing is about both physical and mental health.
Active Wellbeing
The Active Wellbeing team support more students to be more active more often through physical activity and wellbeing events on all campuses. The team aim to work with various departments across the University and will often collaborate on hosting activities and events.
For those keen to volunteer, the team recruit ‘Activators’ – a group of volunteers who help design, deliver and promote Active Wellbeing activity. Examples of activity include active campus tours, wellbeing walks, running groups, allotment workshops, bike trips and mural painting!
If you have any questions or would like to get involved, please drop an email to Jordan Moore, Active Wellbeing Officer on j.moore@hw.ac.uk.
