Our winners in action…
How it works
- Starting 18th January, there will be a challenge posted on Instagram every Monday for 10 weeks. Any club member can take part, sharing videos or screenshots of their attempts to their club accounts using #BattleoftheClubs.
- Each club then chooses their best entry to represent their club and sends it privately to @hwusportsunion by end of the day on Thursday.
- The winner will be revealed each Friday, receiving a £10 Amazon voucher and 10 points awarded to their club. Points are awarded to the top 5 club entries and accumulate over the 10 weeks. (2nd place= 8 pts, 3rd place= 6 pts etc.) Each club that took part in the week’s challenge, but didn’t make top 5, will get 1 point.
- The overall prize of £100 for the winning club is to be spent (via the SU) on whatever would benefit them most. For some clubs, that might be equipment, for others it might be kit.
